• Auffbeat has the right to cancel the COD order if the customer does not confirm the order over the call. COD facility is available for Indian customers only and it will be confirmed only if your Pincode is serviceable.
• For any sort of missed/late deliveries due to an incorrect address provided, Act of war, Govt. Acts, Holidays, Acts of nature, govt. stated restrictions on transport and lockdown/curfews, Auffbeat will not be held responsible and liable. Auffbeat has the right to deny its services to any particular customer at any time, without any explanation.
• Auffbeat shall try its best to deliver on time. Auffbeat will not be entitled to any sort of damages or compensation for delayed, early, and missed deliveries.
• Auffbeat takes full caution at the time of delivery, however, if the receiver of the order on the order form misappropriated, damaged or fails to handover the order to the person named on the order form and receives the order posing him/herself as the right person, Auffbeat will not be held liable in these situations.
