Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- There may be certain orders that Auffbeat reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in Buyer’s order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the Product or quantities ordered by Buyer or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information. All such cancellation shall be without any recourse to Buyer and any liability to Auffbeat. If Buyer’s order is so cancelled, after the payment has been processed, the said amount will be reversed/remitted to the Buyer either to the bank account provided by the Buyer for such reversal, or to the payment instrument of the Buyer from which payment was made, or to any pre-paid payment instrument account of the Buyer.
- Auffbeat shall have the sole discretion to determine the mode of reversal from the above options. In the event a promotional code given by Auffbeat is used for the purchase of the Product, the amount under such promotional code shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of the order.
- In case of requests for order cancellations, Auffbeat reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if Auffbeat receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed then Auffbeat may cancel the order and refund the entire amount to Buyer within a reasonable timeframe. Auffbeat will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed by us. The buyer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Auffbeat and accept Auffbeat’s decision regarding the cancellation.
- To make any sort of change or modification in an order then the customer will have to notify us before the dispatch of the order. Auffbeat will do its best to make the change or modification but will not be held responsible if the changes are not made.
- In case the Buyer has availed any benefit under any marketing or promotions provided by Auffbeat concerning the Product for which the order has been cancelled by the Buyer or by the Auffbeat, Buyer agrees and authorizes Auffbeat to recover such benefits from the Buyer or set-off the same from any refunds to the Buyer.
- The refund policy is applicable in case the replacement of a damaged product is not available. In the case of online paid orders, the refund will be made back to the same source which is used to pay for placing an order. In case of COD orders, customers’ bank account details would be required and the refund would be credited within a reasonable period from the date of cancellation of the order.
- When you shop on Auffbeat.com, Buyers must read the return policy of the product as return related complaints will be processed following the return policy available at our website. However, in the event of false, frivolous or baseless complaints regarding the delivery or quality of the Products, the Buyer will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
- The return process of a Product may be subject to additional terms depending on the nature and category of the Product. Any such additional terms may be specified on the Website or be intimated by the Seller at the time of purchase of the Product.
- The Buyer shall reasonably ensure that the Product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered before accepting the delivery of any Product. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the packet, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
- If the Product purchased is not exactly as per the specification details mentioned at the website then it is eligible for return. The exchange of goods is possible only for the same size, colour & type of goods which are mentioned in the order sheet. The same needs to be conveyed to our team within 10 working days of receiving the package and to provide the unboxing video of the damaged product to us within the said period.
- Our team takes the utmost care to the quality of each product and tries to ensure that the item reaches you safely. However, we understand that sometimes fragile items are damaged during transit.
- In rare cases where the quality or size of the product is an issue, we would require you to ship the product back to us in a safe condition within 10 working days from the day of delivery. Once we receive the product back in our office. We ensure that a brand-new replacement is shipped to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when reverse pick up is made. Moreover, If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please note that this case is only applicable in case the product is unused.
- The following items can’t be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items unless they arrive damaged or defective. We can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or Personalised Orders.
- Bulk or Corporate Orders.
- Items on Sale.
